"Chris and is team are very professional and nice to talk to, provided you are buying something. Even the automated and impersonal birthday cards feel like they care, at first. As long as you don’t need anything, they are great!
I understand that insurance agents are just the sales team, and these offices don’t process claims, however if they want to keep my business they better do more than call me to sell me more products.
Like a good neighbor, State Farm wants you to write a check. But they will do everything possible not to.
**EDIT** It’s now been 59 days since my accident. State Farm has not approved the repairs for my vehicle, and the only time I have heard from Chris is when he called me on a Saturday morning to berate me for my review. It’s kind of ironic that I’ve never heard from Chris, but within minutes of my honest review (where I was generous about his service) he called me directly. He didn’t help me with my continuing issue. Instead, he called to yell at me and convince me he was the real victim because negative reviews may cost him business. He is the most unprofessional professional I have ever done business with.
If you love State Farm, that’s fine. But you should absolutely consider transferring your policy to a different agent. In my experience, Chris is not a good person, and will not do anything except sell you something, and does stand behind what he sells.
If you’ve experienced an issue with Chris, I recommend you file a complaint with the SCC Bureau of Insurance. He should be held accountable if he is guilty of wrongdoing."

"Here's a real review, not these paid, sponsored reviews: Chris is the most disrespectful agent I've ever dealt with after escalating my call to him for lack of transperancy in practice, he barely gave me a chance to explain my situation where Statefarm finalized my quote at a certain price per month, only to try to increase my premium the following month claiming I didn't sign a UM document, which his agent Jacob admitted he did not provide at the time of my intial sign up. I called and cancelled my policy for a horrendous customer service experience from the start and lack of transperancy. Chris' behavior was so appalling. I actually asked him is this THE Statefarm since I have never witnessed this level of rudeness and disrespect from any agent in any industry. Please folks, save yourself some headache. Something is very off and unethical with this agency."

"Very unprofessional received multiple bills spread out through 3 months and then i paid that and then right after that i got hit with another increase of bill spread over three months at this point i think they were there to rob you not to serve you and the guys working there are extremely rude women are soft spoken and more professional than their male staff avoid these scammers at all costs. And not to forget they will always backdown from what they said over the phone when you catch them in the moment"

"This is our insurance reps. When you call its ALWAYS a person who answers the phone. If your having an issue, like I did the other day, they are Johnny on the spot for resolving it. I had an issue with my mortgage company not applying my home insurance to my account and where threatening to put their own insurance on my account. Vicky &Tim stayed with me the whole time till the mortgage company fixed, applied and verified. Tim and Vicky were great. Friendly, knowledgeable, speedy problem solvers. Thanks Guys!"

Specifically, they were able to secure temporary coverage within 1 week of our closing.
