"I had insurance with them for over a decade. I called to add a vehicle and asked what the difference would be. Samantha said I had a credit and not to worry, no amount additional was due. What I didn't know was... She dropped two of my three vehicles off my insurance instead of adding one. I got a bill for over $1000. I called and was told that I didn't pay for the vehicles. She contacted billing to divide the amount but couldn't tell me the amount at the time. I received a bill for $494 for three consecutive months. I went into the office to discuss the amount because the numbers did not make sense. Chris was highly unprofessional and rude to me. He told me to forget what I was told in the past, that he doesn't know why any of that was done and "I'm sorry for whatever happened." He yelled at me (I never once raised my voice at him) and then threatened to backdate a cancelation and inform the DMV that I was driving more than 30 days without insurance (again..to my knowledge I had insurance and money was deducted from my bank every month) so they would give me a SR22."
"Linda, There was, indeed, a delay in your billing. I'm sorry for that. Nevertheless, your vehicles were insured by State Farm, as you requested and reasonably expected, and so the premium has to be paid. We did not threaten to back date your cancelation, as you suggest, rather, we informed you that it was the only alternative, which would have undesirable consequences. It was clearly presented as a non-viable option. We understand that this is frustrating to you. It's frustrating to us, also. We can't explain how the billing delay happened, but it did. Insurance is regulated in the Commonwealth of Virginia and discounting, rebating, or waiving insurance premiums is not legal. As a result, you have to pay for the coverage you requested, the coverage that was provided. We wish you and your family the very best moving forward. "

"Had a hit and run on my parked car, which was pushed up onto the sidewalk. The Vomund team was great about getting things moving on my claim, and checking with me. I especially appreciate that Rose told me that a hit and run would be a lower deductible than what the claims person told me! When I inquired they agreed that Rose was right. It saved me about $800 out of pocket. Would highly recommend!!"
